Mylyn 3.0.2 released, new committers
, September 26th, 2008The Mylyn team is pleased to announce the Mylyn 3.0.2 release, which is included in most of the Eclipse Ganymede SR1 packages. Refer to the Mylyn homepage for the New & Noteworthy and Downloads. This is a service release and does not add any new UI features, but 283 Bugzilla reports have been resolved since Mylyn 3.0.
With Mylyn 3.0.2 out of the way, we are now actively planning and working towards Mylyn 3.1, which will be followed by the Eclipse Galileo-based release of Mylyn 3.2 next June. Since we are still scoping features, we have not yet decided on a release date for Mylyn 3.1, but it is likely to fall sometime before EclipseCon, in March. Those interested in contributing to or integrating with the release can refer to bug 236940.
In other Mylyn news, we are very happy to announce two new committers on the project. Helen Bershadskaya has been awarded commit rights for her ongoing contributions to the XPlanner Connector. David Green has earned his commit rights via the WikiText component.
