Although it isn't Tasktop Certified, there is a Trac connector available for Mylyn and Tasktop. If you're using Eclipse Galileo (3.5) you can install it using the Connector Discovery wizard. Here's a Screencast that shows how:

If you're looking for the capability to submit task times directly to a Trac server, this isn't yet available. Feel free to submit a feature request to help us prioritize: http://tasktop.com/support/overview/</description>
